Dharmsinh Desai University, Department of Business Administration was established in June, 1999. It is located  in the religious town Nadiad, the TAPO BHUMI of Santram Maharaj, on the northern Bank of Mahi Canal. It is situated 2 K.M. away from Nadiad Railway Station by the side of highway in between Vadodara and Ahmedabad. City bus and other conveyances are available for the transportation in front of the main entrance of the campus.

Faculty is having a rich library with latest books and journals.

Besides paying attention on academics, various extra curricular activities such as  sports competitions, cultural events , debates etc. are held.

The faculty is an ideal temple of higher learning in Kheda region  with a mission to provide innovative and quality system of learning to the young generation to meet the increasing demand for managerial talent.

The faculty also aims at nurturing the overall personality of the students and enables them to become better citizens.

Teaching Method

The teaching method of the programme is interactive and participatory in nature. The regular theory lectures are supplemented by practical and case studies. Every year students are required to visit companies to write their project reports and submit to the Faculty. Professionals from industry are invited to share their views and experience with the students. Experienced teachers from relevant fields are invited as visiting faculty. Classroom participation, assignments, weekly tests, internal examinations, project reports, viva-voce etc are conducted to prepare self sufficient, self reliant and confident young men and women to under take self employment or to seek employment in new areas.
