Announcementfor Ph.D. Admissions

The students intending to appear for theentrance test are required to have passed a UGC/AICTE recognized two years postgraduate Master's Degree or equivalent programme on full time basis in thesubject relevant to his/her preferred research at least in the first class orits equivalent from a UGC/AICTE recognized institution in accordance with theUniversity regulations.

Every candidate is required to apply for thetest in the prescribed application form available on the web site, along with aStatement of Research Purpose in at least two page length in a Hard copy aswell as on the CD; & a demand draft of Rs.500/- (rupees five hundred) asexamination fees to the Registrar.

On the basis of the test performance theStatement of Research Purpose of the short listed candidates will be evaluatedby the recognized guides in the relevant field, & further the respectivecandidate may be interviewed; & subsequent to which if the candidate is foundsuitable for admission, a guide will be allocated to him who will issue aletter of recommendation for his registration to the University, along with thedetail of the course -work to be completed by the student during the firstsemester and also the list of three numbers of proposed experts for ResearchProgress Committee.

The admission shall further subject to theavailability of the Guide & the vacant seats.
